What’s your why? And what’s mine?
Maybe you want to train to hike/climb the Half Dome Cables this year. Maybe you want to keep your bone density up as you age and prevent injury. Maybe you want to feel more confident walking into the weights section of the gym. Maybe you simply want to feel more energized. I want to share the knowledge I’ve gained through formal schooling as well as my real world experience, to noodle on new topics I come across that pique my interest, and to continue to explore this weird and awesome world we live in. My goal is to offer individualized coaching as well as educational content focused on fitness and holistic (mental, physical, emotional) health to boost people, specifically women, to their best lives.
